I logged on to the NHS app and was offered different telephone appointments for the same day. The Doctor rang at the allotted time and discussed my concerns then booked to see me less than an hour later. She saw me in the surgery and was approachable and kind, listening to me and then diagnosing and treating me. Excellent GP service, thank you.

There is nothing that could have been done any better it was excellent service.

Booked a telephone appointment through the NHS app. The Dr rang on time and booked me in for an appointment that afternoon. Saw a lovely nurse Clare who didn't make me feel I was wasting her time. Prescribed all the appropriate medication and I'm starting to feel some improvement already. Many thanks.

On the whole it is amazing, can’t really fault it and now pressing 8 for call back is great that’s once you get past the chap who says it’s full

GP probably wanting to see my husband next week but still have to ring in on Monday (worst day of week after w/end) to make this appointment which by time I get through may not have one. As he has Dementia feel it’s essential he sees GP who knows him and me. If he didnt need said appointment I could ring in and cancel. Good at texting so could fo this if it was easy

I am always impressed by the way the Galletly Surgery seems to work/speak as though it is single entity. On this occasion I had submitted a set of blood pressure readings. This was with the intention of speaking with Dr Wright about increasing my Candesartan to help with my migraine. I was delighted that the clinical pharmacologist got in touch to review the results, without having to be asked. Well done to her.
